These terms govern use of Ventora web and mobile services.

1. Scope
- Ventora provides POS, inventory, invoicing and related operational tools as a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Use of the service means acceptance of these terms and applicable order forms.
2. Accounts and access
- Each user must have authorized credentials and role/profile permissions.
- You are responsible for credential confidentiality and authorized use within your company.
3. Subscription and billing
- Service plans, billing cycles and included modules are defined in your subscription records.
- Non-payment or abuse may result in feature limitation or account suspension.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, data extraction, or service disruption.
- Do not upload unlawful or malicious content.
5. Liability
- Ventora is provided with commercially reasonable efforts and ongoing maintenance.
- Liability limits, exclusions and warranty terms follow your governing contract and local law.
6. Termination
- You may stop using Ventora according to cancellation rules in your agreement.
- Ventora may suspend or terminate access for severe breach, fraud or legal obligations.
